Home Team Update
We are pleased to announce several key changes to our product team structure, effective immediately and into 2026, designed to strengthen our category expertise and operational efficiency. Following the departure of Hayley Roberts, who has decided not to return from maternity leave, we have taken the opportunity to solidify the structure of our Home team. We are delighted to announce that both Liz Mouat and Janet Perez have agreed to remain with AIS and will continue in their expert roles as Senior Category Managers for Home.
We are also clarifying their specific category focuses: Janet Perez will assume responsibility for Cookshop (Hard Home) & Gift areas of the division. Liz Mouat will lead the Home Textiles & Home Accessories (Soft Home) & Beauty areas of the division.
Both are committed to developing Member Exclusives and the Own-Label offer.

Welcome to the Furniture Team
We are also pleased to welcome Jemma Frame to the Furniture team on Monday, January 5, 2026. Jemma joins us as Category Manager – Beds on a fixed-term basis for 2026. She will be assuming the role vacated by Jo Fielding, who starts her maternity leave on January 2. Jemma joins us with a wealth of experience in the industry, having previously worked at FWG, Millbrook, and Relyon. AIS wish Jo all the very best whilst she is on her extended leave.
