Associated Independent Stores (AIS) brought Members together for a special preview ahead of the INDX Home Show, offering a personalised tour of the showrooms and an evening of celebration, marking its 50th anniversary.
Ahead of the doors officially opening for the INDX Home Show, AIS hosted an exclusive Member-only walkround, curated for Members as a distraction-free, first-look experience across the showroom floors. Led personally by Senior Category Managers Liz Mouat and Janet Perez, the tour provided Members with tailored insights, key range updates and direct guidance on how to maximise their commercial advantage.

Designed to deliver maximum value for independent retailers ahead of the upcoming season, the AIS team revealed curated product selections, including AIS own-label brands Simply Home and Dreamworld. Milestone 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner
Following the informative showroom tour, the evening transitioned into celebration as Members gathered for a networking drinks reception and dinner.
Members were welcomed with exclusive goody bags awaiting them at their seats, including various household accessories, worth over £50. They also had the opportunity to win a set of luxury Dreamworld pillows.
To end the evening, Members and AIS staff came together for a special 50th anniversary cake-cutting ceremony, commemorating five decades of championing independent retail across the UK and Ireland. The evening served as a warm reflection on our shared history and bright future, celebrating the strength and shared success of AIS.
