We are delighted to confirm that James Crabtree, our Head of Fashion has been invited to join the judging panel at this year’s Drapers Independents Awards, which will celebrate the best in independent fashion, recognising the retailers and brands that have innovated to survive, supported their local communities, and built stronger businesses under the toughest of circumstances.
There are 18 awards across categories for menswear, womenswear, and kidswear retailers and brands and new for 2022, is the category for pureplay multi-brand independent retailers, and a Sustainability Award.
James has a background in wholesale fashion and has enjoyed a 20-plus year career at AIS where he progressed through the business to become Head of Fashion, having gained a unique insight into the ever-changing requirements and importance of family-owned, independent retailers across the UK and Ireland.
