The latest Independent Kids Show at Cranmore Park has been hailed a success, with exhibitors and buyers alike enjoying the two-day event.
The show, which took place on Sunday 6th and Monday 7th July, provided a unique opportunity for independent retail childrenswear buyers to attend a childrenswear trade show in the centre of the country.
A number of top brands were at the show, with big names such as Mayoral, Frugi, Toby Tiger, Levi’s and Kite all turning up for the event.
The nature of the Independent Kids Show and laidback atmosphere is a key attraction for many of the attendees; something highlighted by the Millou Design Company, a lifestyle store of contemporary collections which aim to reflect pure style made simple.
The company described the show as a "nice relaxed event with little pressure to make orders", and praised the layout.
Meanwhile, the range on offer received praise from Popsy & Peanut, a Towcester-based company specialising in baby and childrenswear, toys and gifts, which opened in 2011.
The store described the event as a "great show that is easily accessible, with a good variety of exhibitors", noting that the location of the event was a bonus.
After the success of the summer 2014 event, the next edition of the Independent Kids Show has already been pencilled in to the diary, and will take place on 15th and 16th February 2015.
An extensive rebranding process is also underway ahead of the next show, as the event is expanded and lots of new and exciting brands are added to the list for the new year.
